Extra service hours: +$125 with one worker or +$200 with two. Extra staffing is quoted separately.

Your guest count helps us plan your bar. Johnny considers your menu, how many guests will choose cocktails or zero-proof drinks, and your service schedule. Five hours is the bar service window; your written quote confirms serving quantities and supplies before you book.
Tell Johnny about your guests’ drink preferences during planning. For cocktail events, your alcohol shopping list is matched to the agreed menu and quantities; you purchase and provide the alcohol.
Iced coffee add-on: up to 50 iced coffees over two hours. Agua fresca add-on: up to 50 servings total across two flavors. Larger quantities are quoted separately.
Essential includes three standard mixers: soda, soda water, tonic, lemonade or orange juice. Energy drinks such as Red Bull are a premium option.

Prefer to talk?
Reserving your date. Review and accept your written proposal, pay a 25% deposit toward your quoted total, and receive Johnny’s booking confirmation. An inquiry alone does not hold your date.
Final payment. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. For short-notice bookings, payment timing is confirmed in writing before you book.
Cancellation & rescheduling. Your written proposal explains the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms for your booking before you pay the deposit. Please review those terms and contact Johnny with any questions.
No. For alcoholic events, you purchase and provide the alcohol. We plan the menu and help you build a shopping list. Your quote confirms bartending, mixers, garnishes, equipment and other supplies.
Absolutely. Premium zero-proof Big Drinks—including signature lemonades—coffee and agua frescas can be the whole experience. Big Drinks for Everyone includes six custom zero-proof selections for alcohol-free events, or three custom cocktails plus three zero-proof Big Drinks for mixed events.

Yes. We can coordinate drink names, garnishes, menu design and the beverage experience with your celebration. Tell us your ideas, preferred flavors and any allergies during planning.

Review your written proposal and booking terms, then pay a 25% deposit. Johnny confirms your reserved date; the balance is due seven days before the event. Please allow at least three weeks, or contact Johnny for short-notice availability. Read payment and cancellation details.
Give $25. Get $25. After your event, ask Johnny for your personal referral code. Share it with a new client: they receive $25 off an event package, and you receive $25 in cash or a Visa gift card once their event is completed and fully paid.
Enter the code when requesting a quote. One code per booking; new clients only. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Johnny confirms eligibility and the discount in your quote.
Yes. Zero-proof drinks and specialty stations work beautifully for family events, quinceañeras, and celebrations where alcohol isn’t appropriate. For events with alcohol, alcoholic service is limited to guests 21 and older.
